" Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Ce logement est très bien situé, et tout en étant au rez de chaussée nous étions au calme. Très agréable, bien agencé, et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, on s'y sent chez soi. On y vie sereinement. La rue est accessible pour s'y garer, bon voisinage. "I stayed couple months in Lille for educational visit so I looked for the convenient place which was clean , quiet , safe and full of necessary equipment such as small kitchen , wash machine , refrigerator , vacuum cleaner . Johann's studio has everything that I need for long stay. The room is clean and well designed so the fresh air can pass through and through in the room. The studio is so close to the metro station ( Bois Blanc station , just 2 minutes ) . There are Carrefour express and many restaurants around. The studio locates in quiet area which is not far from the big citadalle park for relax. Moreover , Johann is the best host I have ever contacted , he always be there when you need help. I really recommend this studio for your trip in Lille . WORTH FOR THE MONEY !!!!!" Gorawee, July 2017

"The studio is very well located in a quiet neighborhood with metro, supermarket, bicycle station.... Basically everything you need is around the neighborhood. The studio looks exactly like the photos which represents a clean and warm space. Although we never got the chance to meet Johann in person, he is always very kind and responsive in assisting us. ( His assistant is also very nice and helpful!) We stayed there for three months and really liked it. If you want to experience a local lifestyle, I definitely recommend here!" Melody, November 2016

"Johann's apartment is in a useful location just outside a Metro stop, with a choice of supermarkets nearby. The shower is good, the bed is comfy, and the wifi works well. "My wife and I enjoyed our one-month stay at Johan's spacious apartment which is also very close to the metro station Bois-Blanc (2 mins walk away). The kitchen was well equipped with gas stove, microwave, toaster as well as all the cutlery, cups, glasses, utensils and dishware. We took the opportunity to explore the surroundings by jogging along the canal which leads all the way to the popular picturesque citadel where a lot of grass and trees can be found." Nous étions quatre, et nous avions tout l'espace nécessaire pour ne pas se marcher dessus; cette location était une très bonne idée, nous étions dans un cadre propice pour passer notre concours qui se déroulait au lycée Faidherbe. "The studio is exactly how it looked like in the photos. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and a Carrefour- convenient store is about 5/8 mins walk away. The metro is also nearby.
The studio was complete with bed sheets, towels, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, washer, hair blower and 2 burner range for cooking. Internet is also fast and reliable. Place overall gets a thumbs up from us.

"J'ai eu la chance de trouver cette solution de logement depuis mon arrivée en région Nord-Pas-de-Calais il y a quasiment 18 mois. Lors de mes nombreux séjours, j'ai eu l'occasion d'occuper les 3 logements proposés et je suis entièrement satisfait de l'aménagement, de l'accueil et de la situation géographique des logements. J'ai cherché mais je ne trouve rien à redire tellement le service fourni est impeccable. Pas de problème de parking, contrairement à ce qu'on peut rencontrer en centre ville. J'ai toujours trouvé de la place pour me garer sans souci. Le petit plus, c'est vraiment le suivi et l'accompagnement de Johann dans un premier temps puis désormais de Johann et Emeline."
